This is why I feel Rawson Properties can not be trusted:

 

Johan Jordaan ( Who worked for Bertie Lombard's Rawson Branch), said that he would speak to Standard Bank and see if Rawson Properties, may sell 69 Overberg, in Equestria x 7.

 

In stead Rawson received a letter from disbared attorney Krishni Pillay. Based on this letter they decided to sell the property on behalf of Mr Frederick Norton, who "bought" (or my view stole) the property on a staged auction.

 

The auction was staged by Roy Lazarus (Park Village Auctions).

 

I trust that Rawson Properties will let me know if they feel any information in this article is disputed.
