On-line Letter to Standard Bank

 

I am posting this letter on-line out of protest, as I feel it is too easy to ignore my

e-mails.

 

Please note that the practise to go to court and claim that a persons property must be sold via an insolvency auction, to avoid that the person sell his property at a loss, and that it will have a negative effect on the Bond Holder, is absolutely absurd, since the Bond Holder, later claims that these insolvency auctions are held without a reserve price.

 

 

I sent a whatsapp message to Standard Bank explaining that the Consumer Protection act requires that auction may not be absolute auctions, but it seems that Standard Bank does not agree.

 

I also explained to Standard Bank that Park Village fraudulently decided with the help of a now disbarred attorney (Krishni Pillay), even before the auction was "staged" (my word for fraudulent auctions), that a certain property bonded by Standard Bank, was sold against the mandate, with a R800 000 reserve. Granted this reserve of R800 000, may have been written by hand, after the mandate was signed. I demand that Standard Bank should either ask the Master of Pretoria High Court, to get an affidavit from Gert de Wet, regarding the reserve price of R800 000, written by hand. Should Standard Bank fail to either contact the Master or Gert de Wet for an explanation, then I will have no other conclution that for some or other reason, Standard Bank condone auction fraud.

 

I do trust that we can resolve this without me publishing this letter.

 

The Parties involved may have been Roy Lazarus, Gert de Wet, F W Norton and Krishni Pillay (an ex-attorney).

 

Please note that I am more than willing to supply proof and backup for my allegations.
